Many service-oriented leaders and teams are prioritizing cultural competence and diversity, equity and inclusion in their work and relationships. This is crucial and important work, and deserves more attention and resources than simple training!
That’s why I decided to become an administrator of the Intercultural Development Assessment or IDI. (c)
The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)…
…is a developmental continuum that measures individual and team orientation to diversity and cultural difference and suggests specific actions to deepen and broaden cultural competence.
…starts with a confidential online assessment that is cross-culturally valid and reliable.
…assesses the team’s current and perceived cultural competence.
…helps individuals and teams use goals and projects already in place to clarify and foster cultural competence and DEI principles.
…facilitates productive conversations and actions that lead to growth and development rather than judgment and resistance
Please click here to set up a complimentary 30-minute phone or Zoom meeting to talk about how the IDI can help your team advance it’s equity goals! Or email me with your questions.
